At the end of transaction, you will receive two e-mails. Open the one with the subject “Your ticket from Ticketmaster israel”. Print the attached PDF file. Remember, each ticket is sent as a seperate page, you need to print out each one.
• In order to view the ticket you need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer .

At the end of the transaction, a reference number is sent. You need to bring your reference number, valid ID and credit card, that you purchased your tickets, with you in order to pick up your tickets .

You may have your tickets before event day from Ticketmaster Retail Outlets or from the will call window on the event day .    

Tickets will be delivered to your home or to the address you provided. Upon delivery, you will need the original credit card used to make the purchase and a valid photo ID. Tickets can only be delivered to the credit card holder.

Please note, on delivery day you will get a text message with a personal link in order to track your delivery status. 

In the case that, for any reason, the delivery is unsuccessful on more than two attempts, the courier will return the ticket to the "Ticketmaster Israel" office. You will then be able to collect the tickets from our office with no extra charge or you have the option to pay for another delivery.
