יהלי סובול הוא מאז ומתמיד איש של מילים. מאז הפריצה עם להקתו "מוניקה סקס" באמצע שנות התשעים, דרך קריירת הסולו ושיתופי הפעולה המוזיקליים הרבים שיצר ועד לקריירה המרתקת שלו כסופר וכמתרגם, סובול הוא אמן שתמיד כדאי להקשיב לאמירה שלו.

בזכות קול חד וברור, ייחודי ומקורי, סובול הוא אחד הנציגים הבולטים והמוערכים של דורו במוזיקה המקומית. בהופעה המיוחדת בפסטיבל, יבצע סובול עם הגיטרה סולו על הבמה שירים שכתב לאורך הקריירה מכל האלבומים שיצר מ"פצעים ונשיקות" ועד "ריצות ארוכות", יחד עם שירים שכתב לאמנים אחרים כמו יזהר אשדות, אריק אינשטיין ויהודית רביץ. אליהם מתלווים סיפורים וגרסאות כיסוי לאמנים שהשפיעו עליו, בהופעה דינמית, משתנה וחד פעמית.
